We offer incentive pricing for Cash Pay/Self-Financing, and we also offer Provider Financed pricing options.

All patients selecting self pay or financing for their procedure will automatically receive BLISCare coverage. These benefits will be explained to you at your first appointment.

Through these options, your funding is done directly through you and you pay us through traditional means of Cash, Personal Check, Money Order, Cashier’s Check or Credit Card
